The Sourcing & Screening Specialist helps find and screen candidates to support mass hiring for the education and training sector. This is an entry-level role, great for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience (or a strong internship background) who wants to grow their career in recruitment. Full training and guidance will be provided by the Talent Acquisition Lead.

This role is meant to improve the visibility and ranking of a website in search engine results pages. The primary goal is to drive organic traffic to the website by optimizing its content, structure, and technical elements to align with search engine algorithms.

Received the approved/open vacancies even replacement or newly hired titles from the Recruitment manager; Checked the internal database to guarantee working efficiency; completed the recruitment process to offer a proper package & benefits. responsible; interview process, and facilitating all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience
