Senior Organization Development
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning aligned with institutional growth and expansion.
- Implement and enhance performance management systems aligned with KPIs and accreditation standards.
- Drive restructuring, governance optimization, and change management initiatives.
- Develop succession plans, career pathways, and leadership development programs.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and analyze workforce data to improve effectiveness.
- Partner with executive leadership and department heads to optimize performance and team effectiveness.
- Monitor organizational KPIs, engagement metrics, and ROI of OD initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, governance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, Change Management, Coaching) preferred.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Organizational Development.
- Experience within Higher Education, Universities, or Professional Services preferred.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, performance frameworks, and succession planning.
- Understanding of labor law compliance and HR best practices.
