Sales Manager

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop sales plans that meet the overall Growth plan.
  • Set clear sales goals, targets, and performance metrics for the team.
  • Plan monthly/ quarterly and yearly sales plans based on the company targets and strategy
  • Plan the headcount needed to achieve the sales targets required.
  • Establish and implement a consistent sales methodology to guide the sales team in effectively moving prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies, processes, and methodologies based on market dynamics and feedback from the sales team.
  • Conduct business meetings with customers to increase customer value and volume
  • Conduct business webinars with interested customers 
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and provide regular feedback to sales representatives through the team leaders.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding sales performance to enhance the department outcome and growth plan
  • Develop a robust sales forecasting process to accurately predict future sales performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and progress towards targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and cohesive sales team environment by facilitating regular team meetings, sharing best practices, and encouraging knowledge sharing.
  •  Communicate sales goals, targets, and performance expectations to the team, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., Education, Health Care, Fintech, real estate, etc., if applicable).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
  • Market research and strategic planning expertise.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in education/training services or B2B sales targeting C-level executives.
  • International sales experience, especially in the Gulf region.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business/Sales/Marketing
