- Assist the videography team with studio setup, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment
- Support video shoots by handling basic technical and logistical tasks under supervision
- Learn and apply basic shooting and editing techniques through hands-on practice
- Help organize and manage raw and edited footage files
- Provide general support to the studio team across day-to-day production tasks
- Observe and assist in the production of educational content, building familiarity with the academic content pipeline
- Basic knowledge of videography and studio equipment/workflows
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within a studio environment
- Interest in educational content production
- Reliable, proactive, and collaborative attitude
- A personal portfolio, showreel, or sample projects (even student/passion projects)
- Basic familiarity with editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Coursework, training, or certification related to media production or videography
- Interest in photography or graphic design as a complementary skill
