As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling the company’s educational programs to potential customers and achieving assigned sales targets. You will engage new prospects, understand customer needs, present suitable programs, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell educational programs to potential customers
- Generate leads through outbound and inbound sales activities
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up with prospects to ensure timely conversion and satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in B2C sales (education, real estate, or telecom is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Basic English proficiency
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
