Sales Account Manager

Nasr City, Egypt

  • Maintain and sustain customer (student) satisfaction
  • Increase revenue through upselling and offering new services
  • Manage the full student journey from onboarding to follow-up
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor customer data, feedback, and financial settlements
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high service quality

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer satisfaction–oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and ERP tools
  • 3 + Years of experience 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in education or training services
  • Experience dealing with C-level executives and business owners
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and advanced CRM tools
  • Experience serving Egypt and Gulf markets
