HR Operations Lead

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR operations including Personnel, Payroll, and Employee Relations.
  • Oversee payroll processing, social insurance registration, and salary structure implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Monitor HR KPIs, payroll accuracy, and operational performance.
  • Develop and improve HR processes, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Lead and develop the HR operations team.
  • Handle employee relations cases and operational escalations.
  • Coordinate with Finance and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in HR operations or shared services environments.
  •  Strong experience in Personnel, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations. 
  • Proven experience managing teams and improving operational processes. 
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance. 
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and reporting tools. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work in a service-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • HR certifications (SHRM or equivalent) are a plus

Nice to Have

  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
  • Experience in service-based organizations.
  • Background in HR automation or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong HR analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience supporting organizational restructuring or workforce planning initiatives.
