Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and networking strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and engage with passive candidates through proactive recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and HR policies.
  • Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
  • Partner with department heads to define job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Provide guidance on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and decision-making.
  • Support HR initiatives related to onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition ( 2+ years in a senior role )
  • Proven experience in headhunting, passive talent sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience in executive search, direct sourcing, and talent mapping.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative hiring strategies.
  • High-level expertise in candidate assessment and behavioral interviewing.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS, SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with advanced recruitment tools such as Odoo.
  • Exposure to international hiring or managing recruitment across multiple regions.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in recruitment analytics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates).
  • Experience in hiring for niche or highly competitive roles (e.g., tech, executive search).
  • Networking skills with an established presence in talent communities (e.g., LinkedIn groups, industry events).
  • Preferred: Experience in the academic or professional services sectors.
