Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job
posting to onboarding.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing,
and selection processes.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience,
maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and
networking strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical
roles and future hiring needs.
- Identify and engage with passive candidates
through proactive recruitment efforts.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws
and HR policies.
- Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency,
cost-effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill,
cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Partner with department heads to define job
requirements and hiring needs.
- Provide guidance on interviewing techniques, candidate
assessment, and decision-making.
- Support HR initiatives related to onboarding,
retention, and workforce planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition ( 2+ years in a senior role )
- Proven experience in headhunting, passive talent
sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance,
and recruitment best practices.
- Experience in executive search, direct sourcing, and
talent mapping.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative hiring
strategies.
- High-level expertise in candidate assessment and
behavioral interviewing.
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS, SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with advanced recruitment tools such as Odoo.
- Exposure to international hiring or managing recruitment across multiple regions.
- Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in recruitment analytics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates).
- Experience in hiring for niche or highly competitive roles (e.g., tech, executive search).
- Networking skills with an established presence in talent communities (e.g., LinkedIn groups, industry events).
- Preferred: Experience in the academic or professional services sectors.
