- Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations across multiple modules
- Conduct business analysis sessions, including process mapping (as-is / to-be) and identifying improvement opportunities
- Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions (configuration, customization, or workaround)
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and functional documentation
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR, etc.)
- Collaborate with developers by translating requirements into clear functional specifications
- Lead UAT sessions, manage feedback, and ensure successful go-live
- Handle data migration activities including data validation and accuracy checks
- Deliver client training sessions and prepare user documentation
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
- Support pre-sales activities including demos and proof-of-concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- 3+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience (multi-modules)
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing)
- Proven experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
- Experience working in client-facing roles and leading workshops
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Odoo Certification (Functional or Technical)
- Experience with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, Python, or XML
- Background in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience in the Education sector
- Familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN
