Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions and workforce planning.
Lead performance management, KPIs, talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
Oversee recruitment strategies, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and maintain competitive compensation, benefits, and payroll alignment with HR policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.
Identify training needs, implement learning plans, and assess training effectiveness and ROI.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Monitor HR metrics and drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience across HR functions, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in developing HR policies, employee engagement, and Managing all the HR functional from the strategic and operational perspectives.
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
Experience in organizational change management and leadership.
HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are preferred.
Prior experience in service-based industries such as Education, FinTech, Software, or similar sectors.
