Develop and execute the digital marketing
strategy across paid, organic, and CRM channels to drive qualified lead
generation for ECC's postgraduate and professional programs.
Own performance marketing budgets and
campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, optimizing continuously for
CAC and conversion efficiency.
Lead marketing automation and CRM nurture
journeys (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Zoho) to move prospects
from awareness to enrollment.
Build and manage a high-performing digital
marketing team, setting clear KPIs and providing coaching and development.
Oversee content strategy across podcasts,
webinars, and social platforms in line with ECC's thought-leadership
positioning.
Monitor analytics (GA4 and campaign
dashboards) to report on funnel performance, ROI, and enrollment attribution to
senior leadership.
Manage the marketing technology stack and
ensure data integrity across the lead funnel.
Partner with the admissions, Academic, and
Business Development teams to align campaigns with intake calendars and
enrollment targets.
Manage relationships with external agencies,
media partners, and vendors to maximize reach and cost-efficiency.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital
touchpoints in line with ECC's positioning as a regional knowledge hub.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
+10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including +5 years in a managerial/leadership capacity
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zoho, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with fluency in GA4, dashboards, and funnel/CAC-LTV metrics
Experience managing paid media budgets across Meta and Google Ads at scale
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluency in English
