Sales Advisor - Optimus

  • Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable education or training programs.
  • Provide clear information on pricing, enrollment options, and payment plans.
  • Follow up with leads to maximize conversions and meet individual sales targets.
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to nurture leads and close sales effectively.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team Lead to optimize lead prioritization and follow-up strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company programs, new offerings, and promotions.
  • Keep informed about industry trends, competitor programs, and customer preferences.
  • Suggest improvements to sales strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Track individual sales performance against targets.
  • Provide weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Work with the Sales Team Lead to improve sales techniques and conversion rates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales, customer needs assessment, and relationship-building.
  • Familiarity with customer acquisition, sales funnels, and objection handling techniques.
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills to drive enrollments.
  • Ability to handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • A proactive and customer-first approach to sales and service.
