· Planning |
· Set daily, weekly & monthly plans to achieve personal targets. · Determine the sell-up plan monthly basis. · Set the collection plan for assigned groups/groups to ensure the collection schedule. |

· Executing |
· Start The student journey by sending them all the required information and technical details & schedules. · Building strong relationships with new and existing customers while ensuring client satisfaction and issue resolution. · Support and provide the students with important information via phone, emails, and follow-up with them. · Assured answering inbound calls and responding to students' requests to ensure their satisfaction. · Send any required surveys to collect student feedback and concerns. · Upselling any extra product will match student needs. · Follow company policies and procedures. |

· Monitoring |
· Reach out to students for any missing data related to the studying journey. · Assure monitoring for all student's financial settlements executing the plan. |

· Organizing |
· Work closely with the Sales team and other technical teams to ensure an exceptional student experience. · Coordinate with other departments to facilitate, Solve, and fulfilling student’s needs. · Maintain and update the existing database with changes and the status of each student. · Collaborate with students to build and manage Customer Success Plans. |

· Leading/Controlling |
· Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers promptly. |
