Job Purpose:
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for
developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns
that drive measurable results. This role focuses on analyzing campaign performance,
optimizing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the best ROI through
data-driven decision-making and budget allocation.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, email, and affiliate channels.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with business objectives and target audience segmentation.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Optimize marketing efforts using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Use data insights to adjust campaigns in real time, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and Data Studio.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting insights and optimization opportunities.
- Work with the analytics team to refine attribution models and customer journey tracking.
Budget Management & Resource Allocation
- Oversee campaign budgeting, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Allocate resources based on campaign performance insights and market opportunities.
- Optimize spending across channels to ensure cost-effective growth strategies.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align performance marketing with broader business goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data and audience behavior insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new ad platforms, and emerging marketing technologies.
Job Requirements
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Science.
- Certifications: Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, Google Ads.
Experience:
- +7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, media buying, or paid acquisition.
- Extensive experience in Gulf countries, especially Saudi Arabia and UAE.
- Proven track record of executing high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies.
- Advanced experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
- Advanced use of analytics tools, especially third-party connectors.
Technical Skills:
- Google Analytics 4, Power BI, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
- SQL and CRM tools.
Job Knowledge:
- Digital funnel optimization.
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) analysis.
- Privacy regulations.
