Monitor weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.
Develop and implement a standard management control & reporting structure with
balance score card metrics and systematic KPIs across all functions and areas.
Develop and implement operational transformation plans that optimize production
processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Managing operational budgets by analyzing and identifying areas of cost savings whilst
maintaining quality standards.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to lead process improvement initiatives.
Produce weekly Operational Health and productivity Reports.
Design and maintain SOPs.
Remove redundant approvals and manual workflows.
Act as operational super-user for Odoo.
Ensure correct system usage and data integrity.
Provide HR with objective productivity data.
Support JD audits and workforce planning.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related field.
A minimum 8+ years’ experience in process improvement, quality management,
and/or operations management within a service industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data
and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively
with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to
achieve goals and objectives.
A process and results-driven problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to Have
Master’s degree considered a plus.
Minimum Foundation level in lean or equivalent and Kaizen or Six Sigma (ideally
Green belt).
Experience in process improvement, performance management, quality
management, and/or operations management.
