Operational Excellence Manager

Nasr City, Egypt
  • Monitor weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.
  • Develop and implement a standard management control & reporting structure with balance score card metrics and systematic KPIs across all functions and areas.
  • Develop and implement operational transformation plans that optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Managing operational budgets by analyzing and identifying areas of cost savings whilst maintaining quality standards.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Produce weekly Operational Health and productivity Reports.
  • Design and maintain SOPs.
  • Remove redundant approvals and manual workflows.
  • Act as operational super-user for Odoo.
  • Ensure correct system usage and data integrity.
  • Provide HR with objective productivity data.
  • Support JD audits and workforce planning. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related field.
  • A minimum 8+ years’ experience in process improvement, quality management, and/or operations management within a service industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • A process and results-driven problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree considered a plus.
  • Minimum Foundation level in lean or equivalent and Kaizen or Six Sigma (ideally Green belt).
  • Experience in process improvement, performance management, quality management, and/or operations management.
