MBA & DBA Lecturers (Freelance)

  • Deliver MBA and DBA courses in the assigned specialization according to approved academic standards.
  • Prepare and update course materials, presentations, and assessments.
  • Conduct lectures, workshops, and discussions (onsite, online, or recorded as applicable).
  • Evaluate students’ performance through exams, assignments, and projects.
  • Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
  • Ensure course delivery aligns with institutional quality and accreditation requirements.
  • Participate in academic meetings, evaluations, and continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements

  • MBA Lecturers: Minimum 10+ years of practical experience in the relevant field.
  • DBA Lecturers: Minimum 15+ years of practical experience.
  • A relevant postgraduate degree (Master’s for MBA / DBA or PhD for DBA lecturing).
  • Teaching experience is mandatory.
  • Experience with online or recorded course delivery is a strong advantage.
  • Professional spoken English.
  • Egyptians only (applicants can apply from anywhere globally).
  • Location: Cairo (onsite).
  • Online lecturing available for lecturers residing abroad.

Nice to Have

  • Experience teaching postgraduate or executive-level programs.
  • Prior experience with online and recorded course delivery.
  • Industry leadership or consulting background.
  • Exposure to international or accredited academic programs.
  • Ability to integrate practical case studies and real-world applications into teaching.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
