- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the IT support and system administration teams.

Plan and oversee IT system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, maintenance, updates, and patching.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets, incidents, and system issues.
- Monitor the performance and availability of servers, networks, cloud services, and other critical IT systems.
- Implement and maintain IT service management procedures and ITIL-aligned processes.
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery testing, access controls, and IT security compliance.
- Analyze helpdesk and IT performance metrics to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
- Assign tasks, schedules, and support coverage to ensure effective IT service delivery.
- Support other departments with technical implementation and technology-related requirements.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers and ensure effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, procedures, and processes.
- Set team KPIs, monitor performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.
- Support process automation and the development of IT service management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or related IT roles.
- 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and system analysis skills.
- Good understanding of IT security, access controls, backup, and disaster recovery practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage performance effectively.
- Experience with both Windows and Linux server administration.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with ITSM tools and service management systems.
- Experience with endpoint management and backup solutions.
- Experience in process automation and ITIL-aligned service management.
- Experience managing IT vendors and service providers.
