- Lead the development and management of the group’s financial systems across multiple entities.

Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Ensure accurate monthly closing, financial reporting, and consolidation at group level.

Act as a strategic financial partner to senior management and support business decision-making.

Manage and mentor the accounting team, including direct supervision of the Accounting Manager.

Build financial structures, policies, and controls from the ground up where required.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial legal requirements.

Support investor readiness, valuation processes, and financial due diligence.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years as a Finance Manager.

Proven experience working with Holding / Multi-Entity groups.

Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.

Hands-on experience with monthly closing, financial reporting, and team management.

Solid experience with ERP systems (Odoo is highly preferred).

Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.

Strong planning, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.

Experience in tax accounting and financial legal matters.

Ability to build accounting and financial systems from scratch.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior management.
- Experience in education or professional services sectors.
- Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, or valuation processes.
- Previous involvement in organizational transformation or financial restructuring projects
