- Create high-quality self-study courses using Edyou’s standards and guidelines.
- Contribute to content expansion goals (part of 1000 hours of new content within 6 months).
- Participate in training workshops (instructional design, media, public speaking).
- Use Edyou studios and production resources to record content.
- Engage in promotion and personal branding activities (social media, webinars, etc.).
- Optionally mentor scholarship recipients and contribute to social impact initiatives.

- Recent graduate from a prestigious university.
- Strong expertise in a professional or soft skills domain.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging educational content.
- Commitment to adhere to content quality standards, SOPs, and academic guidelines.
- Willingness to participate in training and onboarding processes.
Agreement to:
- Non-compete clause (no similar content on other platforms during contract).
- Content licensing terms (Edyou holds rights for a specified period).
- Marketing & promotion usage rights (Edyou can use creator’s likeness/content).
