Job Purpose
We are currently hiring a Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist to join our HR team and manage payroll operations and personnel activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing (salaries, overtime, benefits, and deductions)
- Manage personnel activities including contracts, social insurance, and labor office requirements
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and departmental cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and probation tracking
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience in Payroll & Personnel
- Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance
- Experience with HR systems (ERP/HRIS)
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo or Zoho
- Previous experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Knowledge of payroll automation and digital transformation
- Familiarity with KPI-based bonus structures
- Strong stakeholder management skills
