Senior HR Payroll & Personnel Specialist

Job Purpose
We are currently hiring a Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist to join our HR team and manage payroll operations and personnel activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing (salaries, overtime, benefits, and deductions)
  • Manage personnel activities including contracts, social insurance, and labor office requirements
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and departmental cost analysis
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and probation tracking
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience in Payroll & Personnel
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance
  • Experience with HR systems (ERP/HRIS)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo or Zoho
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of payroll automation and digital transformation
  • Familiarity with KPI-based bonus structures
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
