Senior HR Manager

Nasr City, Egypt
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions and workforce planning.
  • Lead performance management, KPIs, talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation, benefits, and payroll alignment with HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.
  • Identify training needs, implement learning plans, and assess training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Monitor HR metrics and drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience across HR functions, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in developing HR policies, employee engagement, and Managing all the HR functional from the strategic and operational perspectives.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
  • Experience in organizational change management and leadership.
  • HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are preferred. 
  • Prior experience in service-based industries such as Education, FinTech, Software, or similar sectors.
