Senior HR Communication & Engagement Specialist
- Develop and execute annual internal communication and employee engagement strategies aligned with HR and business objectives.
- Plan and manage the annual engagement calendar (events, campaigns, surveys, recognition programs).
- Design communication plans for HR initiatives and organizational changes.
- Define engagement KPIs and establish a clear reporting framework.
- Draft and distribute HR announcements, policies, leadership messages, and internal updates.
- Manage internal communication channels.
- Organize engagement activities, internal events, and recognition programs.
- Lead annual and pulse engagement surveys; analyze results and prepare action plans with HRBPs and department heads.
- Enhance onboarding communication and improve employee touchpoints.
- Support internal employer branding initiatives in coordination with Marketing.
- Track engagement KPIs (participation rate, satisfaction score, retention trends) and measure initiative impact.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Manage the engagement budget and ensure alignment with company values and culture.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to maintain consistent tone and messaging.
- Propose innovative initiatives to enhance employee experience and strengthen company culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, Internal Communication, or Employee Engagement.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement concepts and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of internal communication strategies and tools.
- Good understanding of organizational culture development principles.
- Experience with HRIS or digital employee management platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR).
- Skills in creating visual or video content for internal communications.
- Knowledge of internal Employer Branding strategies.
- Advanced presentation and design skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Figma).
- Experience managing CSR or corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Ability to support Change Management and cultural transformation programs.
- Strong skills in measuring and analyzing Employee Engagement Metrics.
