Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings to assess needs and recommend suitable education or training programs.
  • Clearly explain pricing, enrollment options, and payment plans, and follow up with leads to maximize conversions and meet sales targets.
  • Accurately update customer data in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups in coordination with the Sales Team Lead.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, handle inquiries and objections professionally, and provide post-sale support.
  • Stay up to date on company programs, promotions, market trends, competitors, and customer preferences, and share insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Track individual performance, prepare weekly reports on leads and conversions, and work with the Sales Team Lead to enhance sales techniques.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in B2C sales, tele sales, or customer service.
  • Experience in education, training, or service-based industries is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales, customer needs assessment, and relationship-building.
  • Familiarity with customer acquisition, sales funnels, and objection handling techniques.
  • CRM & Sales Automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo CRM, Zoho CRM)
  • Communication & Lead Tracking (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Email Marketing Platforms)
  • Sales Analytics & Reporting (Google Analytics, Power BI, Sales Dashboards)
