Accounting Manager

  • Manage the full accounting cycle from daily entries to final financial statements.
  • Oversee monthly and annual closing processes and preparation of trial balances.
  • Supervise, guide, and review the work of the accounting team.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and expense control.
  • Coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, and external consultants.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and detailed accounting reports.
  • Support the Finance Manager with reports required by senior management and auditors.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role (Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant).
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting.
  • Proven experience in monthly and annual closing and financial statements preparation.
  • Solid background in taxation (Income Tax, VAT, Payroll Tax, Withholding Tax).
  • Experience managing accounting teams and reviewing their output.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
  • Very good Excel skills and ability to produce detailed accounting reports.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and financial governance.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work professionally with other departments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in multi-entity or group environments.
  • Previous involvement in audits and financial reviews.
  • Experience in process improvement or system implementation projects.
