Deliver DBA/PhD-level lectures across one or more specializations (Statistics, International Business, Accounting, Banking, Business Law, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Management, HR, Marketing, Project Management, Quality, Research, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Strategic Planning) according to approved academic standards.
Prepare and update course materials, presentations, and assessments covering core theories, current industry practices, and emerging trends within the relevant discipline.
Conduct lectures, workshops, and discussions (onsite, online, or recorded as applicable).
Evaluate students' performance through exams, assignments, and projects.
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students pursuing postgraduate specializations in the relevant field.
Ensure course delivery aligns with institutional quality and accreditation requirements.
Participate in academic meetings, evaluations, and continuous improvement activities.
Integrate real-world case studies, industry practices, and practical applications into the curriculum.
Job Requirements
DBA or PhD in the relevant discipline (or a closely related field).
Experience teaching postgraduate or executive-level programs.
Prior experience with online and recorded course delivery.
Industry leadership or consulting background in the relevant field is a plus.
Exposure to international or accredited academic programs.
Ability to integrate practical case studies and real-world applications into teaching.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
